C SERVICE DEPARTMENT - The Service Department has made some tracks this Quarter! The Service is excited for their newst team member Joshua Feight! Josh bring Years of experience from the construction side over to the Service Department! We know you will be strength and support to our Service Team! Service is growing! This Quarter we were able to Service 19 NEW Customers, and Service (5) Post warranty Projects from Construction! The Service Department gives us the ability to diversify what we can offer to our current and NEW Customers! Great Job Service Team! SALES DEPARTMENT- Sales Department has had a very successful Quarter! Quarter 2 is FULLY booked! Which means that spring is going to be VERY busy! Projecting ahead, we have 75% visibility into second half of the Year! Which will secure of workload for 2026 with both Repeat and New Customers! With the projects already contract and the upcoming projects we are seeing. This is going to shape up to be an awesome year! Quick shoutout to Timmy Gahret... In just under (5) months, he making a HUGE impact on our estimating team! His Field knowledge and experience give him a keen eye to accuracy and detail which has been an enormous asset to our team! NEW OFFICE UPDATE- We are gaining momentum, and excited to call Brookville our NEW home! We are currently focusing on the new HVAC System, and ensuring that all ductwork and units throughout the building are operational. Next step is to gain our occupancy permit within the next 90 days, which will allow our warehouse to begin moving in and operating out of the building. Design, Floors, Ceiling, and finishes for front office area is the next step after our warehouse gets occupancy. We are projecting a move in date for our Office, October - November. ! With the help of Data integration they were able to get better communication between their Service Soft wares. Which will help everything from inter-efficiency to the overall customer experience! Was able to successfully retain (8), NEW customers with repeat work this quarter alone! Were able to work on process and procedure with Emergency response time. Thanks to our Service Techs we have been able to make this process extremely seamless! ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT- Accounting has was able to successful complete the split of Construction and Service Departments book keeping. This will allow for accurate tracking of data moving into 2026. Thanks to our Accounting Manager Mindy for all the hard work that went into this! Accounting was able to bring on board a part-time CFO who will enable them to project budget forecast, and help manage the day to day cash flow. Excited to see how this will help grow us! SALES DEPARTMENT- Sales Department has been able to secure a good base moving into 2026 and feels strongly that there will be lots of opportunity in Fueling and many other markets next year. We have been able to make connections with several new customers and plant the base for future relationships that we are excited to see flourish! With the help of our new Estimator, Sales department has been able to take on more opportunity, and increase our output of bids, allowing for higher potential in landed work! ! W e have gained many new clients including Leis Realty who manages 465 properties in the Miami valley. We have reached Excellent status as a provider in Service Channel! We also started the process of becoming Generac Certified as an installer and service company. ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT- Accounting has be collaborating with our Service Department to ensure that billing from new soft wares integrates with our current Accounting Software. SALES DEPARTMENT- 4 projects contracted with NEW customers in quarter 2. Growing our diversity and local presence. We are very excited to be in the process of hiring a full-time construction estimator! This will be very instrumental in our ability to meet the demands of our growing customer and market base.
